POSSONO ESSERE EROGATI I COMPENSI PER INDENNITA' DI NOCIVITA AI VIGILI URBANI CHE GIA' PERCEPISCONO IL COMPENSO PER LA TURNAZIONE EFFETUATA NEL CORSO DELL'ANNO |

...l'importante è che non si utilizzino due diversi istituti contrattuali per remunerare lo stesso disagio...
l'indennità di turno infatti è contrattualmente preordinata alla remunerazione del disagio legato alla particolare articolazione dell'orario di lavoro.....lo stesso disagio non puà essere remunerato con altre indennità....anche se c'è chi lo fa.... |

Preso dal fondo come " compenso per attivita' disagiate" ci puo' stare anche se turnisti. |
